When Setting up an Form Date, you have 3 options:
1. Single Date eg. 7/01/2022
This will be displayed on the public registration page as Friday, 7 January 2022
2. Start Date / End Date eg. 7/01/2022 - 8/01/2022
This will be displayed on the public registration page as Friday, 7 January 2022 - Saturday, 8 January 2022
3. Text eg. 2021 to 2022 Season
Text date is used when neither of the other two options are applicable.
