Use the Re-Enter button in order to re-enter a withdrawn or refunded participant.
You will need to do this if you wish to refund someone but still want them to participate in your event. The refund process by default ‘withdraws’ the participant from the event. Arguably this is the correct process as most of the time when a refund is completed it is because the participant is no longer attending the event.
Search for the person by using "Participant Search" (when doing this ensure that on the participant search page that you have selected all payment status')
- then select the person.
Scroll down to the bottom of the registration page and you will see the green Re-enter button.
Click the Re-enter button and the participant will then be re-entered into the event.
