Register Now has an inbuilt referral system that can link a referring participant to subsequent registrations.
The referral area appears on the confirmation page after a participant has completed payment for their registration.
Clients can customise the messaging in this section and the call to action.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If someone sends out a referral link but the recipient just goes to the event website and clicks on the register now button, then there is no way to go back and "link" those 2 registrations. We know this sounds obvious when written like this, but best to be clear!
The screenshot below shows you what it looks like on the Confirmation Page as well as the person's specific referral link.
And when running a Participant Report, you can choose to customise and include the below 3 fields to show you if there are any referred entries.
