When uploading a new logo or replace an old logo, sometimes the cookies/cache on your internet browser can restrict you from seeing the new page.
If you still see the old logo on the Logo tab, then you may need to refresh your page (F5) or clear out the cookies/cache on your internet browser.
Please click on this link to completely log out of all Register Now windows:
Then copy and paste below URL into a new window:
https://www.registernow.com.au/secure/ and log in with your username and password.
You should now see the updated logo.
